Les travaux sont situés sur la Route de Villars, la Route du Fort-St-Jacques et le Chemin de Bel-Air à Villars-sur-Glâne. Les travaux consistent à : Réaliser la mise en séparatif du secteur avec la pose d’un nouveau collecteur d’eaux usées en PP SN Ø315 sur ~230m ainsi que le renouvellement de collecteurs existants en PRV Ø600 et Ø700 ; -Construire un nouveau déversoir d’orage sur le collecteur unitaire existant ; -Renouveler et poser une nouvelle conduite d’eau potable en PE Ø180 et Ø160 PN16 sur ~400m. -Réalisation de deux forages dirigés pour la traversée de la Route de Villars.
