FINMA is procuring providers across seven HR service lots to support leadership and staff development, organisational change and supervisory work; resilience and conversation training continue established programmes.
- Deliverables
- Services span assessment and development centres, digital 360-degree feedback, HR advice and supervisory training.
- Contract
- Multiple framework contracts, with up to two providers in lots 1 and 4 and three in lot 5.
- Award
- Lots 4-7 include an assessment stage; lot 4 limits participation in assessment.
- Watch out
- Framework providers may receive no optional volumes; lot 4 has no quantity limits for required services.
- Lot 1
- Small, medium and large assessments for leaders and specialists.
- Lot 2
- Individual and group development centres; groups of 10-20 participants.
- Lot 3
- Digital 360-degree feedback for individuals and teams.

- Organisational transformation, culture, events and leadership development.
