Das Projekt Hallerstrasse umfasst das Projektgebiet zwischen der Länggassstrasse und der Neubrückstrasse. Es beinhaltet den Neubau von rund 1'600 Trassee-Metern Hauptverteil- und Hausanschlussleitungen gemäss Leistungsverzeichnis. Insgesamt sollen rund 86 Liegenschaften an das Fernwärmenetz angeschlossen werden. Die Leitungen werden in einem dicht bebauten Quartier verlegt. Die engen Platzverhältnisse, der Verkehr, bestehende Werkleitungen sowie die Anforderungen an die Verkehrs- und Rettungsorganisation erschweren die Ausführung der Arbeiten. Entsprechend ist während der Bauausführung ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität erforderlich. Rohrleitungen bis einschliesslich DN200 werden mit Dämmstärke 3 ausgeführt, Leitungen ab DN250 mit Dämmstärke 2. Die Auslegungstemperatur beträgt 110 °C, die maximale Betriebstemperatur 80 °C. Die Rohrleitungsarbeiten gelten als abgeschlossen, sobald der hausinterne Bypass erstellt und die Haupt- sowie Hausanschlussleitungen bis zu diesem Punkt fertiggestellt sind
