- Deliverables
- Provide traffic and crossing-control personnel for construction, incidents, maintenance, events and operational work.
- Contract
- Framework agreements go to the six highest-ranked suppliers; individual assignments follow prior schedule and price requests.
- Eligibility
- Require a valid Bern police permit, CHF 5 million liability cover, CHF 500,000 annual turnover in each of 2024 and 2025, and qualifying references.
- Award
- Price carries 50%; operations-lead competence 20%, lead references 20% and social sustainability 10%.
- Watch out
- Submitted offers remain binding for three months; offered prices are binding, with no price negotiations.

BERNMOBIL beabsichtigt, Verkehrsdienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Baustellen im öffentlichen Strassenraum zu beschaffen. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere den Einsatz von Verkehrsdienstpersonal zur Sicherstellung der Verkehrsführung für Baustellen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Gebiet der Stadt Bern sowie in den umliegenden Gemeinden. Es wird jeweils ein Rahmenvertrag über die Erbringung der Verkehrsdienstleistung mit den sechs Erstplatzierten Anbieterinnen abgeschlossen.
