- Deliverables

- The contract is paid at the tendered work price; the draft contract is non-negotiable.
- Eligibility
- Require ISO 9001, RTE 20100 safety credentials, mandatory site visit, and two recent references over CHF 2 Mio. each.
- Award
- Award weights: economic efficiency 45%, offer quality 40%, and provider quality 15%.
- Watch out
- A 5% warranty guarantee applies for two years after acceptance; the offer remains binding for 6 months.

Über den gesamten Streckenabschnitt zwischen Bern-Fischermätteli und Schwarzenburg sind insgesamt 54 Einzelmassnahmen an der Bahninfrastruktur umzusetzen. Diese umfassen insbesondere Umbauten an Bahnübergängen, Perronverlängerungen, den Neubau von Technikstandorten, Anpassungen der Entwässerung sowie den Ausbau der ELE-Infrastruktur entlang der Strecke. Der Tiefbauunternehmer ist für die Ausführung der ausgeschriebenen Tiefbauarbeiten und die Koordination seiner Leistungen mit den beteiligten Fachdiensten verantwortlich. Der detaillierte Leistungsumfang und die objektspezifischen Anforderungen sind im Dokument «3.1 Besondere Bestimmungen» beschrieben.
