Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung des Zivildienst-Ausbildungskurses «Sicherheit im Auslandeinsatz» des Bundesamtes für Zivildienst (ZIVI) im Rahmen des neuen Kurswesens 2028+. Der Kurs bereitet Zivildienstleistende auf Auslandeinsätze vor und verbindet ein Online-Grundlagenmodul mit zwei Präsenztagen am Ausbildungszentrum ZIVI Schwarzsee. Im Zentrum stehen Risikoerkennung, sicheres Verhalten im Alltag, unterwegs und beim Wohnen, Stressregulation, kulturelle Orientierung, Informationssicherheit sowie realistische Handlungsoptionen in kritischen Situationen. Zielgruppe: Zivildienstleistende mit Auslandeinsätzen. Format und Dauer: Online-Veranstaltung (1 Tag) und Präsenz-Lerneinheit (2 Tage) mit maximal je 20 Teilnehmenden. Umfang: Rund 3 Präsenzkurse pro Jahr. Leistungssprachen: Englisch.
