Provision of relocation services in three lots

The Erziehungsdepartement des Kantons Basel-Stadt is renewing moving-service framework agreements for kindergarten, maintenance and major-project relocations, supporting school and administrative premises.
- Deliverables
- Provide vehicles, equipment and trained crews to move furniture and equipment, including backup capacity for schedule changes.
- Contract
- Framework agreements with up to 5 years’ duration; options for two 1-year extensions after the initial 3 years.
- Eligibility
- One moving-services reference and one coordinator reference, each worth at least CHF 100'000 excl. VAT, completed within 10 years; specified quality certification required.
- Award
- Price weighs 60%; provider reference 20%, coordinator qualification/reference 10%, sustainability concept 10%.
- Watch out
- Delay penalty: 1‰ per started calendar day, capped at 10% of the applicable contract price or ceiling.

Die Abteilung Raum und Anlagen der Zentralen Dienste des Erziehungsdepartements Basel-Stadt zeichnet sich verantwortlich für die optimale Mobiliarbestückung der Schul- und Unterrichtsräume des Kantons Basel-Stadt. Das Mobiliar dieser Einrichtungen wird auf unterschiedlichste Arten verschoben. Im gleichen Kontext benötigt das Justiz- und Sicherheitsdepartement des Kantons Basel-Stadt für seine Verwaltungsräume ebenfalls entsprechende Umzugsdienstleistungen. Zudem beinhaltet die Ausschreibung die Umzugsdienstleistungen für die Kindergärten des Kantons Basel-Stadt, welche ausschliesslich von der Abteilung Raum und Anlagen der Zentralen Dienste des Erziehungsdepartements beauftragt werden. Der Auftrag erfolgt in drei Losen: Los 1: Kindergärten (1 Zuschlagsempfänger) Los 2: Unterhalt (3 Zuschlagsempfänger – Vergabe erfolgt nach Rangfolgenabruf) Los 3: Grossprojekte (3 Zuschlagsempfänger – Vergabe erfolgt im Minitender-Verfahren)
