- Framework contract, paid per orders and delivered quantities; 3 extensions of up to 12 months each.
- Eligibility
- Two comparable references from the last five years, each at least CHF 50 000 p.a.; offer and contract administration in German.
- Award
- Price weighs 80%; sustainability 20%, assessing EPDs and product GWP for three specified products.
- Watch out
- No quantity take-or-pay; offer binding for six months; labour-condition breach penalties are 10% of total purchase price, minimum CHF 3 000, maximum CHF 100 000.
