Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe seeks external ECM documentation and engineering support because internal ECM II capacity cannot absorb workload peaks, to maintain and improve vehicle-maintenance records under the ECM standard.
- Deliverables
- Work covers optimised maintenance plans, instructions, checklists, manufacturer-document validation and general engineering support.
- Contract
- Framework with up to four suppliers; hourly rates in CHF, with no guaranteed hours or purchase commitment.
- Eligibility
- Requires two comparable completed references from the last five years, five qualified staff, and German at B2 level.
- Award
- Price carries 50%; engineering 20%, personnel and capacity 15%, experience 10%, sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- Estimated hours are not guaranteed; BVB has no purchase commitment, and submitted offers are binding for 180 days.

Die Basler Verkehrs - Betriebe (BVB) haben sich verpflichtet den ECM-Standard einzuhalten und nach den Begebenheiten und Aktualitäten, bspw. nach Rezertifizierungen nachhaltig die Dokumentationen für die Instandhaltung der Fahrzeuge zu erstellen, zu verbessern und zu pflegen. Um Arbeitsspitzen abzudecken schreibt die BVB verschiedene Dienstleistungen aus. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere, aber nicht abschliessend: (Details siehe Teil C) ECM Dokumentation (u.a. Erstellung optimierten Instandhaltungsplänen, Erstellung Arbeitsanweisungen und Checklisten, Überprüfungen und Validierung der Herstellerdokumentation, Auswertung Stammdatensatz u.a.) für die Fahrzeugflotte der BVB.
