Auf dem Areal Rosental besteht ein Energieleitungstunnelnetz (ELT). Das Leitugstunnelsystem ist unterirdisch teilweise auch mit den einzelnen Gebäuden verbunden. Im Bau 1038, welcher derzeit abgebrochen wird, führt der ELT durch das 2. UG. Daher muss der ELT in diesem Bereich aufgehoben werden. Als Alternative wird ein Ersatzneubau ELT rund um das Haus 6 erstellt. Insgesamt beträgt die Länge des neu erstellten ELT-Teils rund 120 m inkl. Anschlussbauwerke an den Bestand. Im Anschlussbereich beim Bau 1066 wird ein neuer Treppenzugang in den ELT gebaut. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Arbeiten betreffend der Betriebsbeleuchtung, der Notbeleuchtung, diverser Steckdosen und des 5-lagigen Kabeltragsystems für Stark- und Schwachstromkabel.
