Ziel ist die Beschaffung eines ABC-Fahrzeugs, das den aktuellen Anforderungen zur Erfüllung des gesetzlichen Auftrags und Bedürfnissen im ABC-Bereich entspricht. Die Einsatzbereitschaft sowie die technische Leistungsfähigkeit sollen langfristig sichergestellt und an die aktuellen Anforderungen angepasst werden. Dabei sollen neue Technologien und Einsatztaktiken im Rahmen der Ersatzbeschaffung berücksichtigt werden.
