Im Zuge der Teilsanierung des Unterwerks und der Umrüstung von AIS auf GIS, werden die Elektroinstallationen erneuert. Die Anlageteile waren zum Teil mehr als 40 Jahre in Betrieb und werden den aktuellen Nutzungsbedürfnissen angepasst sowie auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik erneuert.
