Schulstrasse, Grüt
Gemeinde Gossau ZH is renewing Schulstrasse in Grüt and its utility infrastructure, including new EKZ routes and a water main, to upgrade the road and services.
- Deliverables
- Road works cover ca. 270 m; new EKZ Trasse, water pipeline and control cable cover ca. 400 m, ca. 510 m and ca. 145 m.
- Contract
- Work is paid by measured quantities; lump-sum and global offers are not accepted.
- Eligibility
- Provide two comparable roadworks and two utility-construction references from the last 5 years; liability cover must be at least Fr. 5'000'000.- per event.
- Award
- Price weighs 70%, quality 20% and apprentices 10%.
- Watch out
- the offer remains binding 6 months after award becomes final.
