Die Gemeinde Regensdorf verzeichnet seit mehreren Jahren ein anhaltendes Bevölkerungs- wachstum. Dadurch steigt die Zahl der Schülerinnen und Schüler und die bestehenden Schul- standorte stossen zunehmend an ihre Kapazitätsgrenzen. Für den Standort Pächterried wird des- halb zusätzlicher Schulraum sowie Raum für die schulergänzende Betreuung (SeB) benötigt. Zur kurzfristigen Deckung des ausgewiesenen Raumbedarfs beabsichtigt die Gemeinde Regens- dorf, angrenzend an dem Areal der Schulanlage Pächterried ein entsprechendes Provisorium (voraussichtlich für die Dauer von 5 Jahren) zu erstellen. Gesucht wird eine einfache, funktionale und wirtschaftliche Modul- oder auch Containerlösung, die sich rasch realisieren lässt und einen sicheren, kindergerechten Betrieb ermöglicht. Die Wiederverwendung einer bestehenden An- lage ist zulässig, sofern sämtliche Anforderungen dieses Pflichtenhefts erfüllt werden.
