- Require annual turnover of CHF 3.0 Mio. for three years, comparable references, CHF 5 Mio. liability cover and a Swiss bank or insurer guarantee.
- Award
- Price 80%, reference execution quality 10%, key-person experience 5%, and installation concept 5%; price includes five-year service.
- Watch out
- Offer binds for 6 months; unit prices are fixed until completion, and at least 50% of work must be self-performed.
