IMMO schreibt Rahmenverträge für Instandsetzung, Ersatz und Anpassung von mechanischen und mechatronischen Schliessanlagen in Schulanlagen aus. Maximal vier Zuschlagsempfänger*innen werden berücksichtigt, die Vertragsdauer beträgt fünf Jahre (01.03.2027 – 29.02.2032). Die Leistungen umfassen geplante Projekte sowie kurzfristige Einsätze (Reparaturen, Störungen) inkl. Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung, Zutrittsmedien, Dokumentation und Schulungen. Die Aufträge werden objektbezogen abgerufen, ohne Anspruch auf feste Mengen; IMMO kann Umfang und Prioritäten flexibel anpassen.
