- Deliverables
- Supply original cartridges only, with collection and recycling of used cartridges where applicable.

- Framework contract; orders as needed, no minimum volume or exclusivity; prices quoted DDP in CHF.
- Eligibility
- Provide similar-market references from the past 3 to 5 years and guarantee delivery within five working days.

- Price weighs 70%; delivery time and customer service 25%; sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- Offers bind for up to six months; EHC may terminate immediately for serious breach, without supplier compensation.

Le présent marché a pour objet la conclusion d'un contrat-cadre de trois ans renouvelable une année portant sur la fourniture de cartouches de toner originales uniquement destinées aux imprimantes des différents sites de l'Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte. Les cartouches de toner non originales et compatibles ne sont pas acceptées. Les fournitures seront commandées selon les besoins pendant la durée du contrat. Le marché comprend la livraison des consommables, ainsi que, le cas échéant, la reprise et le recyclage des cartouches usagées.
