- Watch out
- Each breach of labour, environmental or resource-protection obligations incurs a penalty of 10% of net remuneration, capped at CHF 100'000 per breach.

Le Ruisseau de Champmartin, actuellement enterré sur ~900 m entre Chabrey et le bois de Plambois, sera remis à ciel ouvert par démolition des infrastructures d'enterrement existantes et création d'un nouveau lit à ciel ouvert. Les travaux génèrent des volumes significatifs de déblais terreux et d'excavation, valorisés in-situ par rechargement de chemins désaffectés et aménagement parcellaire au Nord du tronçon amont.
