Ville de Lausanne is renovating three roofs at the CID de Malley as part of the centre’s renovation and transformation, to provide refurbished and new roof systems.
- Deliverables
- Remove about 1'100 m2 of gravel-protected roofs and install about 1'300 m2 of flat green-roof systems, including sheet metal and waterproofing.
- Eligibility
- Submit at least 3 and at most 5 comparable construction references completed within the past 10 years.
- Award
- Award criteria cover price, execution organisation, technical quality, sustainability and references.
- Watch out
- Contractual penalties for labour-condition or professional-card violations range from 10% to CHF 100'000 per violation.

Le présent appel d’offres concerne la rénovation et réalisation de 3 toitures. Démontage de toitures avec couche de protection gravier (environ 1'100 m2). Fourniture et mise en place de complexes étanchéité/couverture/ferblanterie pour toitures plates végétalisée (environ 1'300 m2). A noter : 2 toitures sont des toitures plates sans pente. Les complexes et éléments mis en place devront répondre aux indications complémentaires et/ou dérogations spécifiques de la SIA271 Chapitre 5.1 relatif aux étanchéités de toits ayant une pente inférieure à 1,5%.
