La réalisation de l’extension du collège de Montreux Est, comprend : Un collège de 14 classes et 4 classes spéciale et 1 classe double modulables ainsi que toutes les fonctions annexes nécessaire à la vie du projet. Un préau compatible avec le maintien de la vie public dans le parc en dehors des heures scolaire Une passerelle permettant un lien direct avec la bibliothèque du bâtiment de Montreux Est. L’ensemble du bâtiment scolaire est conçu pour répondre à la labellisation Minergie P Eco.
