- Deliverables

- Contract
- Base budget target CHF 450'000 excluding VAT; mandatory ceiling CHF 500'000 excluding VAT.
- Eligibility
- Submit 3 comparable references from the last 5 years, balance sheets for 3 years, and attend the mandatory study phase on site.
- Award
- Price weighs 40%; references 20%, team 15%, technical response 10%, methodology and planning 10%, sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- Late delivery incurs 2% per complete or started week after one week’s grace; penalties are capped at 10%.

Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet de définir les prestations attendues dans le cadre de la conversion du système SAP ECC 6.0 vers SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. Il couvre l'ensemble des prestations nécessaires à la préparation, à la réalisation et à la sécurisation de la conversion du système SAP ERP actuellement exploité par HYDRO Exploitation vers la solution SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. Le projet s'inscrit dans une démarche de continuité du système d'information et vise à assurer la pérennité de la plateforme SAP tout en préservant les processus métiers existants. La solution cible retenue repose sur une conversion de système vers la solution SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (System Conversion – Brownfield) conformément aux recommandations de l'étude préalable réalisée. Le titulaire sera responsable de l'ensemble des prestations permettant de préparer, exécuter, valider et accompagner la conversion du système jusqu'à sa mise en production et sa stabilisation.
