Die Ausschreibung Erdwärmesonden umfasst die Erstellung der Erdwärmesondenanlage für das Objekt Haus 07B am Kantonsspital St. Gallen. Die Leistungen beinhalten die Baustelleneinrichtung, die Durchführung der Bohrarbeiten sowie die Lieferung, den Einbau und die vollständige Hinterfüllung der Erdwärmesonden gemäss den Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören zudem die horizontalen Verbindungsleitungen und deren Anschluss an die Erdwärmesondenverteiler einschliesslich der erforderlichen Erdarbeiten. Die Anlage ist zu spülen, auf Dichtheit und Durchfluss zu prüfen und gemäss den Planungsvorgaben zu befüllen. Die ausgeführten Arbeiten und Prüfungen sind zu dokumentieren. Die Schnittstelle zur bauseitigen Heizungsanlage bilden die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen festgelegten Übergabepunkte. Die Arbeiten sind mit den beteiligten Unternehmern und der Bauleitung zu koordinieren.
