Die Ausschreibung Gebäudeautomation enthält die Automationsebene der HLKS-Primäranlage inklusive der Lieferung der Schaltgerätekombinationen und Feldgeräte für das Objekt Haus 07B am Kantonsspital St. Gallen. Über die in Etagenverteiler zusammengeführte Einzelraumregulierung werden die Beleuchtung und Beschattung der Räume sowie die klimatechnischen Installationen gesteuert und reguliert. KNX-Taster und Leuchten für die Beleuchtung werden bauseits geliefert und müssen durch den GA-Unternehmer adressiert und in die Einzelraumregulierung integriert werden. Die Managementebene wird bauseits zur Verfügung gestellt, in welche die in der Ausschreibung enthaltenen Komponenten über BACnet integriert werden müssen.
