The Canton of Lucerne, acting through its Cantonal Court, is replacing ageing exam equipment with a secure, reliable platform for computer-based written legal examinations.
- Deliverables
- Supply and operate exam laptops, local server and WLAN; support up to 60 candidates across three sessions yearly.
- Contract
- Framework contract; setup under a cost ceiling, then annual, per-session and per-workstation charges; up to five one-year extensions.
- Eligibility
- Prove successful use in at least two different major exams; no consortia or subcontractors; German-speaking contacts required.
- Award
- Price 30%, delivery concept 40%, additional references 10%, and presentation 20%.

- The offer must cover all required components and services; no later claims for overlooked requirements are accepted.
