- The expected programme includes 15,200 m² of housing, 900 m² of activities and 43 car spaces.
- Contract
- The winner must fund the project, pay a land-rent and contribute to costs and parking.
- Eligibility
- The offer must include the completed programme and costs spreadsheet and a completed OCLPF financial model.
- Watch out
- The winner must organise architecture competitions and cannot alter its offer without prior Fondation PAV approval.
