- Deliverables
- The proposal covers 16,000 m² housing, 2,000 m² activities and 1,080 m² public facilities, plus 680 bicycle spaces.
- Contract
- The winner must fund the project and pay land rent, contribute to costs and parking, and provide public facilities.
- Eligibility
- Applications must be submitted by an investor consortium, with each member’s identification and signed acceptance of the consultation rules.
- Watch out
- The offer requires a programme and financial model; the winner must not alter the programme without prior approval.
