- Deliverables
- Supply, equip, homologate and commission one two-axle truck, maximum 18 tonnes, with complete road-marking equipment.
- Contract
- One order for one truck; the buyer may order an identical truck within 5 years.
- Eligibility
- Provide recent commercial-register and debt-enforcement extracts, three years of accounts or turnover, and signed participation attestations.
- Award
- Technical quality scores 60%, price 34%, and company sustainability quality 6%.
- Watch out
- Warranty must cover parts and labour for at least 2 years; delay penalties reach 1% weekly, capped at 20% of order price.
