Transport publics genevois is seeking new diesel-electric hybrid buses and associated services to meet its fleet needs.
- Deliverables
- Supply new articulated hybrid buses; the firm order covers 20 to 40 vehicles, with maintenance and licenses.
- Contract
- Framework for up to two suppliers, no minimum spend, capped at CHF 35m; one renewal of up to one year.
- Eligibility
- Provide one reference for hybrid articulated-bus after-sales service in Switzerland, including consignment stock and DDP spare-parts delivery.
- Award
- Initial award: economic quality 40%, technical quality 30%, delivery 15%, driving test 10%, sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- Late delivery penalties are at least 0.5% per day, capped at 10% of the contract value.
