Le présent appel d’offres, lancé en procédure ouverte soumise à l’AIMP, porte sur un mandat pour un groupement pluridisciplinaire (ingénieur civil pilote, architecte paysagiste, ingénieur en mobilité, ingénieur en environnement, arboriste, spécialiste lumière / éclairage, géomètre et géotechnicien) pour le réaménagement des trois voiries communales du quartier de Surville. Le mandat constitue une prestation unique couvrant les phases SIA 41 à 53, soit l’établissement des appels d’offres des marchés de travaux (phase 41) puis la réalisation de l’ouvrage jusqu’à son achèvement (phases 51 à 53), pour l’ensemble des disciplines précitées.
