La commune de Plan-les-Ouates souhaite une nouvelle bulle saisonnière composée d’une double membrane pour deux de ses courts de tennis extérieurs au centre sportif des Cherpines. Cette nouvelle construction devra couvrir les deux aires de jeux (court double) et garantir les dégagements réglementaires nécessaires. Elle sera également équipée d’un éclairage, ainsi que des systèmes de ventilation et de chauffage.
