- Deliverables
- Design and coordinate electrical distribution, lighting, safety systems, commissioning and final records across the three towers.
- Contract
- Estimated fee: CHF 675'000; fees follow actual final construction costs, with inflation adjustment under SIA 126 from the fourth civil year.
- Eligibility
- Submit three relevant references from 2020 onward, of similar mandate cost, and all mandatory participation certificates.
- Award
- Evaluation weights: understanding 20%, references 30%, organisation 20%, and overall economic quality 30%.
- Watch out
- The offer must cover all specified services; omitted or underestimated work will not be accepted after award.
