- Deliverables
- Services cover open-trench works, electrical introductions, and SIA phases 31, 32, 41, 51 and 52.
- Contract
- A framework contract pays an all-inclusive hourly rate, fixed throughout its term.
- Eligibility
- Submit three recent, relevant company references; the offer and contract documents must be in French.
- Award
- Award weights economic quality 25%, technical quality 30%, execution organisation 20%, references 20%, and sustainability 5%.
- Watch out
- The hourly rate is non-adjustable; penalties include CHF 1'000 per unjustified absence and cost overruns beyond ±5%.
