The Office cantonal des bâtiments is procuring sanitary engineering services for the energy renovation of Campus Battelle buildings A, D, C and F, to upgrade the buildings and their technical installations.
- Deliverables
- Complete sanitary engineering services for SIA phases 32 to 53, across all four buildings.
- Contract
- One offer must cover the entire market; fees are based on estimated, general and final costs by phase.
- Eligibility
- Eligible engineers need a qualifying diploma or registration in REG, MPQ or an equivalent register.
- Award
- Each completed phase requires a presentation to OCBA and approval before the next phase.
- Watch out
- OCBA may stop the project after any phase without special compensation; CSD Ingénieurs SA is excluded.
