The University of Geneva is procuring integrated building-management software to bring its campus property functions onto a unified platform and support resource efficiency and environmental sustainability.
- Contract
- Five-year evaluated ceilings: CHF 950,000 TTC for Lot 1 and CHF 200,000 TTC for Lot 2.
- Eligibility
- Both lots require two comparable client references from the past five years, including one multi-site.
- Award
- Lot 1: price 20%, function and demonstration 43%, architecture 15%, project and support 22%; top two undergo hearings.
- Watch out
- Lot 1 offers above CHF 950,000 TTC are excluded; mandatory requirements must be covered natively or by configuration.

L'Université de Genève souhaite mettre en place une plateforme logicielle intégrée permettant de gérer de manière unifiée l'ensemble des fonctions liées au patrimoine immobilier : référentiel des actifs, gestion des espaces, maintenance des équipements, services aux occupants et pilotage énergétique. L'objectif est de disposer d'un outil structurant permettant d'accompagner l'évolution du campus (~70 bâtiments, ~220 000 m², 8 sites), d'optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et de soutenir la durabilité environnementale.
