L’UPlaNS du tronçon N20 La Chaux-de-Fonds – Neuchâtel prévoit l’entretien, l’aménagement et la mise à niveau du point de vue sécuritaire de la route nationale de 2ème classe N20, entre les km 11.400 et km 27.200. Le présent marché porte sur les prestations d’auteur de projet (APR) et de direction locale des travaux (DLT) du domaine BSA pour les phases MP (Projet d’intervention) jusqu’à la mise en service (53).
