Commune de Remaufens is procuring a multidisciplinary design team to transform and extend its existing school, advancing a project with preliminary studies and a partial architectural preliminary design already completed.
- Deliverables
- An architect-led team must cover civil, timber, CVSE, building physics, energy concept and AEAI fire protection.
- Contract
- CHF 10'151'570., HT is the total works estimate for CFC 1, 2, 4 and 9, excluding fees, costs and taxes.
- Eligibility
- Each required competence needs a qualified or REG A/B-registered professional; the architect needs a qualifying public-building reference of at least CHF 4 million TTC.

Le marché concerne un contrat avec un groupement pluridisciplinaire de mandataires composé des compétences d’un architecte (pilote), d’un ingénieur civil, d’un ingénieur bois et des ingénieurs spécialisés en installations techniques du bâtiment CVSE, physicien en bâtiment, spécialiste en concept énergétique et spécialiste AEAI. Toutes les phases SIA 31 à 53 doivent être chiffrées à part pour l'architecte dont la phase 31 est quasiment achevée et pour laquelle un quota d'heures est prévu pour l'étude des façades et la dépose du dossier de la demande préalable. Le projet est la transformation et l'agrandissement de l'école existante. Le montant total des travaux pour les CFC 1, 2, 4 et 9 est de CHF 10'151'570.— HT, hors honoraires et hors frais / taxes (voir le détail du devis général remis en annexe).
