- Architectural services for phases 41 to 53 under SIA 102; works basis: CHF 13'370’543., HT.
- Contract
- One architect mandate, capped by hours and costs; ancillary expenses fixed at 3% of fees excluding VAT.
- Eligibility
- Submit three building references covering phases 41-53, completed within ten years; bureau associations and subcontracting are barred.
- Award
- Fees 25%, key people 25%, organisation 25%, references 15%, and proposed hours 10%.

Le CEP veut réaliser un projet de « Centre éducatif et pédagogique ». La procédure concerne l’attribution d’un mandat à un bureau d’architectes (ci-après : candidat ou soumissionnaire) pour les phases de prestations 41 à 53 selon le Règlement SIA 102. Le montant total des travaux déterminant les honoraires est de CHF 13'370’543.— HT (pour les CFC 1 à 4 hors honoraires). L'ouvrage doit impérativement s'achever au plus tard d'ici mi-novembre 2029, réceptions comprises. Le permis de construire est en cours d'obtention.
