Die bestehende Gebäudeautomation wird ersetzt. Parallel dazu wird der bestehende Gaskessel durch eine EWS-Wärmepumpe ersetzt. Die Erdwärmesonden werden ausserdem für eine Free-Cooling-Anwendung genutzt. Zudem werden sämtliche Lüftungskomponenten jeglicher Lüf- tungsanlagen ersetzt.
