Die Technischen Betriebe Flawil (TBF) planen einen Wärmeverbund. Das gereinigte Abwasser vom Abwasserverband Flawil-Degersheim-Gossau (AVFDG) wird als Quelle für die Wärmeerzeugung mittels Wärmepumpen genutzt. Die neue Wärmezentrale wird über das bestehende Rechengebäude in der ARA Oberglatt gebaut. Das Wärmenetz liefert die Wärme an die Übergabestationen der Kunden wo sie für Heizzwecke und Warmwasser genutzt werden kann. Ein intelligentes Leit- und Regelsystem steuert und überwacht das gesamte Netz – von der Produktion bis zur Wärmeabgabe. Die vorliegende Submission beinhaltet die BKP 241, 242, 244, 245, Heizungs- und Lüftungsanlagen zur Wärmezentrale.
