In Folge von wasserführenden Rissen in der Bodenplatte und den Wänden des unterirdischen Parkhauses Saanendorf muss dieses saniert werden. Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten umfassen unter anderem: Baustelleninstallation und Schutzmassnahmen Abbruch- und Rückbauarbeiten von Hartbeton- und Plattenbelägen sowie vorhandenen Nebenanlagen Abdichtungsarbeiten mittels Injektion und/oder Applikation Instandstellungsarbeiten Bodenbeläge, Nebenanlagen Maler-, Markierungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten Die zu erstellende Abdichtung hat folgende Schutzziele zu erfüllen: Verhinderung des Eindringens von aussen drückendem Wasser bzw. Grundwasser in das Bauwerk. Schutz der Tragkonstruktion vor dem Eindringen von chlorid- bzw. tausalzhaltigem Wasser, welches durch Fahrzeuge in die Einstellhalle eingebracht wird. Dauerhafter Schutz der Tragkonstruktion vor korrosionsfördernden Einwirkungen infolge Wasser- und Chlorideintrag.
