Die ausgeschriebene Leistung BKP 215 umfasst die etappierte Instandstellung, Ertüchtigung, Rekonstruktion bzw. den Ersatz der Fenster- und Fassadenbauteile am Hauptgebäude, an der Aula und an den Turnhallen, inklusive Demontage/Rückbau, Verglasungen, Brüstungen, opaken Faserzementbekleidungen sowie Sonnen- und Verdunklungsanlagen. Die Arbeiten sind als vollständige Fassadenbauleistung mit Werkplanung, Lieferung, Montage, Abdichtung, Qualitätsnachweisen und Einhaltung der bauphysikalischen, denkmalpflegerischen sowie Minergie-ECO-/SNBS-Anforderungen auszuführen.
