Kraftwerke Oberhasli AG is renewing corrosion protection on the Handeck 3 waterway steelwork to Rotlaui, including interior and exterior surfaces, to restore protection.

- Requires two comparable references covering pressure-pipe coating and solvent-free products, each at least 1,500 m²; one HDW removal reference from the last three years.

- Price 25%; technical solution 30%; references 10%; schedule 25%; logistics 10%; presentations are optional.

- Offer prices are binding fixed prices in CHF; offer validity is at least three months, with delay penalties capped at 20% of contract value.

Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Sanierung des Korrosionsschutzes an allen Stahlteilen und Einbauten des Triebwassers des Kraftwerk Handeck 3 bis zum Knotenpunkt Rotlaui. Die Arbeiten sind im Teil 3D detailliert beschrieben, im Wesentlichen sind dies: Lieferung und Betreiben der erforderlichen Baustelleneinrichtungen für die Bearbeitung der Flächen, dies unter Berücksichtigung sämtlicher Vorschriften an Umweltschutz, Personenschutz und Qualität. Entfernen des bestehenden Korrosionsschutzaufbaus mittels HDW-Prozess oder Druckluftstrahlen Bearbeiten von tiefen Korrosionsmulden, entfernen eventuell vorhandener Schweissspritzer, Erhebungen im Stahl, sowie Entfernen überflüssiger Stahl-Einbauten. Waschen der Stollenpanzerung mittels VE-Wasser, welche nicht mittels HDW-Prozess entschichtet werden Oberflächenvorbereitung mittels Druckluftstrahlen Applikation eines neuen Korrosionsschutzaufbaus an den Innen- und Aussenflächen QS-Dokumentation
