Die ausgeschriebene Leistung BKP 224.1 umfasst die Flachdacharbeiten am Gymnasium Neufeld mit Rückbau und Entsorgung bestehender Dachaufbauten sowie der Neuerstellung von Dampfbremsen, Wärmedämmungen, bituminösen Abdichtungen, Anschlüssen, Aufbordungen, Schutz- und Nutzschichten. Die Ausführung erfolgt als Systemaufbau inklusive Bauzeitabdichtung, Dachbegrünung bzw. Terrassenbelägen, Untergrundvorbereitung, Prüfungen, Entwässerungsanschlüssen sowie 10-jähriger Systemgarantie mit entsprechendem Unterhaltsvertrag.
