Die Stadttangente Bern zählt zu den am stärksten frequentierten Nationalstrassenabschnitten. In den Jahren 2008 – 2012 wurde die Stadttangente umfassend saniert wobei die Beläge ersetzt und zahlreiche Inventarobjekte saniert sowie verstärkt wurden. Zudem wurde der Lärmschutz auf den betroffenen Teilabschnitten ausgebaut und an die damaligen Anforderungen angepasst. Mittlerweile sind rund 15 Jahre vergangen und der Zustand der Deckschichten hat sich merklich verschlechtert. In den letzten Jahren häuften sich Belagsschäden, was zu einer Zunahme von kurzfristig notwendigen Unterhaltsmassnahmen (kbU) führte. Im Projektperimeter wird deshalb einerseits eine UeMa Belagsersatz, sowie ein Erhaltungsprojekt ausgeführt. Der Projektperimeter umfasst die folgenden vier Nationalstrassenabschnitte: · N01.16 (Anschluss Bethlehem – Forsthaus) · N01.20 (Forsthaus – Verzweigung Wankdorf) · N06.32 (Verzweigung Wankdorf – Anschluss Wankdorf) · N12.84 (Anschluss Bümpliz – Verzweigung Weyermannshaus) Die vorliegende Beschaffung enthält das Mandat Projektverfasser Umwelt für die Überbrückungsmassnahme (Phasen 32-53) und das Erhaltungsprojekt (Erhaltungskonzept (EK) bis Phase 53) - Das Projekt wird unter Anwendung der Planungsmethode BIM erstellt. Beschrieb des Mandats Projektverfasser Umwelt (inkl. UBB): · Überbrückungsmassnahme (UeMa) Belagsersatz (Phasen 32-53) · Erhaltungsprojekt: Erhaltungskonzept (EK) bis Inbetriebnahme (Phase 53) Die Planung und der Realisierung der UeMa Belagsersatz läuft parallel zum Erhaltungsprojekt (siehe 06_Rahmenterminprogramm). Insgesamt handelt es sich um 146 Inventarobjekte (IO) die in die folgenden Bereiche aufgeteilt werden: Trasse / Umwelt: 42 Kunstbauten: 52 Tunnel / Geotechnik: 43 BSA: 3 Fremdobjekte: 6
