SBB is outsourcing part of its own baggage logistics to supplement its services across the Oberengadin and the wider Graubünden area.
- Deliverables
- Provide door-to-door individual and group baggage transport, plus short-notice transport from or to Oberengadin.
- Contract
- Work is paid under a price schedule; there is no guaranteed minimum or maximum volume.
- Eligibility
- Require SAP Ariba qualification, ISO 9001 or equivalent, and 2 comparable references from the last 5 years.
- Award
- Price weighs 50%; the production concept weighs 25%, with five other criteria worth 5% each.
- Watch out
- Offers bind for 12 months; late delivery can incur daily penalties capped at 10% of 12 months’ fees for recurring services.

Folgende Leistungen sind zu erbringen: Reisegepäck Tür zu Tür Transporte im Oberengadin. Gruppengepäcktransporte Tür zu Tür primär im Oberengadin. Diverse Transporte ab / nach Oberengadin mit kurzfristiger Beauftragung.
