Das Projekt umfasst die Verlegung von Haupt- und Verteilleitungen für die Fernwärme im Quartier Schwabgut in Bümpliz, inklusive der notwendigen Anschlüsse. Parallel dazu werden Wasser-, Gas-, und Elektroleitungen erstellt. Gemäss Pflichtenheft sind folgende Arbeiten auszuführen: Fernwärmeleitungen: ca. 2'300 m Hauptleitungen mit 34 Hausanschlüsse Gasleitungen: ca. 50 m Leitungen mit 2 Anschlüssen Wasserleitungen: ca. 1'300 m Leitungen mit 59 Hausanschlüssen Die neuen Leitungen sind in der Bümplizstrasse, Schwabstrasse, Normannenstrasse, Keltenstrasse sowie Gotenstrasse zu verlegen.
