Das Projekt umfasst den Bau eines neuen Fernwärmetrasse ab dem bestehenden Netz in der Kreuzung Neufeldstrasse / Beaulieurain und zahlreiche Baumeisterarbeiten für Gas-, Wasser-, Elektroleitungen sowie öffentliche Beleuchtung des ewb. Im Zuge des Projekts werden etwa 82 neue Fernwärme Netzanschlüsse erstellt und diverse best. Netzanschlüsse Gas, Wasser und Elektro saniert. Gemäss Pflichtenheft sind folgende Arbeiten auszuführen: Fernwärmeleitungen: ca. 1'510 m Hauptleitungen sowie ca. 880 m Netzanschlüsse Gasleitungen: ca. 230 m Hauptleitung und ca. 550 m Netzanschlüsse Wasserleitungen: ca. 250 m Hauptleitung und ca. 825 m Netzanschlüsse Elektrorohrblock: ca. 1'440 m Elektrorohrblock und ca. 795 m Netzanschlüsse Die neuen Leitungen sind in der Neufeldstr., Zähringerstr., Brückfeldstr. und Berchtoldstrasse sowie Seidenweg zu verlegen.
