- Provide one comparable completed project from the last 5 years, particularly with contract volume from CHF 900'000; average annual turnover must be at least twice the bid.
- Award
- Net offered price, including VAT, carries 100% weighting.
- Watch out
- Offers remain binding for 6 months; the specialist construction manager for hazardous materials has authority to issue instructions.

Die Arbeiten umfassen den fachgerechten Rückbau aller im Sanierungsperimeter bezeichneten asbest-, PAK-, PCB- und schwermetallhaltigen Bauteile und Baustoffe. Inbegriffen sind sämtliche erforderlichen Baustellen- und Sanierungsinstallationen, Schutz-, Reinigungs- und Freigabemassnahmen sowie die vorschriftsgemässe Verpackung, der Transport und die Entsorgung der belasteten Materialien und anfallenden Bauabfälle. Die Ausführung erfolgt gemäss den geltenden gesetzlichen und behördlichen Vorschriften, insbesondere den Vorgaben der SUVA und der EKAS-Richtlinie Nr. 6503
