Integration sämtlichen Messstellen. Aufbau eins lokalen Energie-Monitoringsystem inkl. Errichtung von Dashboards und Berichte sowie Auswertungen. Aufbau eines Automationsnetzwerkes inkl. Lieferung der aktiven Systemkomponenten sowie Errichtung von virtuellen VLANS. Umsetzung eins VPN-Fernzugriffs für Betreiber, FM-Dienstleister und Automationsunternehmer. Erarbeitung von MSR-Schemas. Erstellung und Lieferung der Schaltgerätekombinationen inkl. Automationsstationen (BACnet B-BC). Integration der Anlagen-/ und Raumautomation. Softwareengineering der HLKSE-Anlagen gemäss Regel-/ und Funktionsbeschrieb. Lieferung der Aktorik sowie Sensorik. Erstellung und Anbringung von Feldgerätebeschriftungen. Anbindung an das arealweite KNX-System (Beschattung und Beleuchtung). Aufbau und betreiben von provisorischen Alarmierungseinheiten. Teilnahme an integralen Tests. Lückenlose Dokumentation der Inbetriebnahme. Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen und Instruktionen. Bereitstellung der Schlussdokumentation.
