Die Stadt Biel/Bienne sucht einen langfristigen Technologie- und Umsetzungspartner mit Expertise in künstlicher Intelligenz, Datenmanagement und modernen Informationssystemen. Ziel ist der Aufbau einer strategischen Partnerschaft zur Konzeption, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von KI-Lösungen. Als erstes Vorhaben soll eine KI-gestützte Suchlösung für öffentliche Informationsangebote realisiert werden. Darüber hinaus sollen weitere KI-Anwendungsfälle auf Basis strukturierter und unstrukturierter Daten sowie Assistenz- und Automatisierungslösungen umgesetzt werden.
